Orders & Stock

Is everything listed actually in stock?
Yes. Factory 64 only lists items that are physically in-hand or firmly committed to be in-hand. We do not speculate on stock or list items we don't have. If it's listed, it's real.

Can I reserve an item?
We don't currently offer reservations. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're keen on something, don't sit on it.

Do you offer pre-orders?
Not at this stage. We are building toward pre-order capability as we expand our distributor relationships. Watch this space.

Shipping & Dispatch

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing. We ship from Sydney, NSW via Australia Post with tracking included.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we are working toward.

What if you're away racing?
Yes, we race. When the team is at an event, dispatch may be delayed by up to 48 hours. We always flag this on the website in advance so you're never left guessing.

Can I get postal insurance?
Yes. Contact us before placing your order via the Support page and we'll arrange it for your shipment.

Packaging

How are items packed?
Every order is bubble-wrapped and boxed with the same care the original manufacturer intended. Each item is photographed at the time of packing as proof of condition. We treat every piece as if it's coming out of our own collection — because it is.

Returns & Condition

What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. Our items are collector-grade and each is inspected before listing. If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work with you to resolve it. See our full Returns Policy.

How do I know the item is in good condition?
Every item is photographed before dispatch. If you have specific condition questions about a listing, reach out via the Support page before purchasing.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay — so you can spread the cost of premium pieces across four interest-free payments.
