Sales Are Final

All sales at Factory 64 are final. Our inventory consists of collector-grade items, each inspected and cared for prior to listing. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Condition Guarantee

Every item is photographed at the time of packing as proof of condition before dispatch. This ensures full transparency on exactly what leaves our hands.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the item. We will work with you to investigate and pursue a resolution through Australia Post where applicable.

Postal Insurance

For higher-value items, we recommend requesting postal insurance before placing your order. Contact us via the enquiries page and we will arrange this for your shipment. Insured items are fully covered against loss or damage in transit.

Discrepancies

If you believe there is a genuine discrepancy between the item received and what was listed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We take our reputation as collectors seriously and will review any legitimate concern with care and fairness.
